Summer Reading Boost Self-Screening

To help determine if your child may be a good candidate for the Summer Reading Boost, check all the statements below that apply:

____ The school or my child's teacher have communicated to me that they are having
         difficulty with reading.

____ My child's reading grades or evaluations are below average for their grade.

____ At the end of first grade, my child still needs to sound out most basic words like cat,
jam or bog unless they already know the word.

____ When trying to read, my child often guesses a similar word, or changes words.

____ My child has a sense that they are "not very good" at reading or
shows other signs of feeling discouraged.

If any of the above statements are true, the Summer Reading Boost may be a good fit for your child. Fill out the form below and you will be contacted within 24 hours with more information.

Yes, I am interested in learning more about the Summer Reading Boost.
